The term “dashboard”, according to Google Trends data, rose from a decade-long score of 25 (less than normal term popularity) to 100 (peak term popularity) in just the past two years. This is just one way to quantify the meteoric rise in interest of dashboards when related to ‘business’ topics and search terms.
